Tattoo artist Ryan Fitzgerald from Dayton, OH was hit with a $100,000 lawsuit last week by his ex-girlfriend Rossie Brovent.
데이톤 오하이오에 사는 태투 아티스트 라이안 휫-제럴드는 자신의 전 여자친구, 롸씨 브로붼트양에게 100,000달러(한화 한..1억 2천 만원?) 소송을 당했다.
She claims that her boyfriend was supposed to tattoo a scene from Narnia on her back but instead tattooed an image of a pile of excrement with flies buzzing around it.
소송의 원인은 타투 아티스트인 (헤어진)남자친구가 영화 나니아의 한 장면을 문신 해 주겠다던 약속과는 다르게 커다란 대변 덩어리와 그 주변을 날아다니는 덩파리를 문신해 주었던 것.
Apparently, Ryan found out that Rossie had cheated with a long-time friend of his, but instead of confronting her about it he acted like everything was normal and hatched a plan for revenge.
이유인즉슨, 로씨(女)가 라이안(男)의 오랜 절친과 바람이 난 사실을 알게된 라이안(男)은 그 사실을 알게되었다는 것을 숨긴채 아무렇지도 않게 행동하며 복수를 계획했던 것이다.
Originally, Rossie tried to have Ryan charged with assault, but the ingenious tattoo artist had covered his bases by plying Rossie with wine and tequila shots and getting her to sign a consent form that stated the design was “at the artist’s discretion.”
원래 로씨는 라이안을 폭행상해죄로 형사 고소하려 했으나 똑똑한 라이안은 이미 문신을 해주기 전 그녀와 데킬라와 와인을 마시며 그녀에게서 태투의 디자인은 '아티스트의 재량에 맡긴다'는 서류에 싸인을 받아두었던 것.
No word from Rossie on whether the illicit night of passion with Ryan’s friend was worth it. Moral of the story? Never cheat on a tattoo artist.
